Our 70 seat restaurant in Cotopaxi is open year round, offering a unique and nice environment, with large windows that invite us to join the stillness and magnitude of the Cotopaxi National Park in Ecuador.

As for the food, we offer a selected menu with special set meals and several outstanding dishes prepared by our own Chef using top quality, organic ingredients. An unforgettable suggestion: enjoy our cheese fondue made with delicious mature cheeses according to traditional Swiss family recipes, accompanied, naturally, by a glass of fine wine, and maybe even a shot of Kirsch or Pisco.

In the late afternoon, we tempt our visitors to have an exquisite canelazo in the warmth of the living room heating system, sharing experiences with expert mountain climbers that are looking forward to reaching the top of the highest active volcano in the world.

Also, always aiming to satisfy the needs of our guests, locals and foreigners, we are the only place at the heights of the paramo and its surroundings that has WIFI internet.
